Ikem Godspower Ujene

Ikem Godspower Ujene is a PhD student of sociology at the University of Ibadan. He currently explores the impact of Boko Haram members’ rehabilitation and reintegration on victim communities. Godspower was the sole recipient of the conference grant for the 2022 7th IAFOR International Conference on Arts and Humanities (IICAH) held in Hawaii, Honolulu, USA. He was also hosted in Tunis in September at the 2022 17th ISA International Laboratory for PhD Students sponsored by the ISA and the Arab Center for Policy Research. Godspower’s research interests span across social policy issues, armed conflicts and peace building among others. Ikem is also an Early Career Researcher under the UKRI-SCaRPE-A Project.
