About Me

Edith Kwobah, PhD is a psychiatrist consultant in Eldoret Kenya. She is an honorary lecturer at Moi and Kabarak Universities. She is the Vice Chair of Institutional Research and Ethics Committee of Moi University and MTRH, current Kenya Psychiatrists Association National Continuous Development Coordinator and a member of the Kenya Mental Health board.  Edith completed her Undergraduate in Medicine in 2007, a master of medicine in Psychiatry in 2013, and a PHD at the University of Cape Town in 2020. Her main interest is increasing community awareness on mental   health and capacity building to increase accessibility to mental healthcare.
